Standard Employment Opportunities

We are a privately owned company that has operated 5-Star Child Development and Early Education Schools since 1998. 

We typically hire for the following positions: 

  1. Level III Directors:  degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; at least 2 years experience operating a licensed Child Care program; and demonstrated leadership skills that empower an effective team to meet and exceed objectives.

  2. Lead Teachers:  degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field with 12 semester EDU hours), experience, and proven record of nurturing, assessing, and educating students to meet curriculum objectives.                                  

  3. Teachers (F/T & P/T):  North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials and at least 6 semester hours toward a degree in Early Childhood Education.    

  4. Bus/Van Drivers:  excellent driving record and valid CDL license, preferred.

  5. Foodservice Staff:  EHS rule knowledge and experience with inventory, ordering, preparing, and serving food.  Teaching skills and Serv Safe certification preferred.
